Hi, I’m Robert Liedtka.

I believe in making things better.

I believe that bringing a people centric approach together with strategic systems thinking is the key to success in turbulent economies. 

I’ve led global teams, operations and strategies at companies such as Google, Facebook and Bloomberg and in start-ups as they sought to build out their operations into growing national successes. 

I have certifications in quality management and people operations, have read hundreds of books on operations, strategy and leadership and have enjoyed creating verifiable success in bringing clarity to vision and vision to reality.

Most of all, I help companies understand that scaling value production is the key to success and how to make systems that do just that a reality.

  • Enjoying time in Texas with my beautiful wife, Alison, and wonderful son, Benjamin

  • Trying new cooking techniques. I’ve almost perfected BBQ ribs!

  • Reading fantasy fiction novels

  • Watching Sumo events on NHK Japanese Broadcasts

  • Spending time at the New Jersey shore with my family
